Rob Laraway
Rob Laraway is an Orono-based performer, working primarily as a music director and musician. This is his second year as an actor with the wonderful folks at Acadia Repertory Theatre, and he’s happy to be back! In 2024-2025, he was an actor in two runs of Acadia Repertory Theatre’s SOUVENIR, music director for MATILDA with Waterville Opera House and for MR BURNS, A POST-ELECTRIC PLAY with Penobscot Theatre Company (PTC), and he contributed an original piano performance to the sound design of PTC’s BIRTHDAY CANDLES. He also directed the music for NEWSIES, SEUSSICAL JR, and SHREK with PTC Dramatic Academy. Outside of theatrical work, Rob composes and performs regularly in the Bangor area in many styles, and he enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and swimming.
